Unit Trust/Mutual Fund Services

Participating in a Unit Trust gives you greater opportunities for investments and savings through a ‘pool’ of funds invested in diversified investment products. These are usually a combination of, or one of the following: stock market, real estate, government securities, and regular fixed deposits. Capital & Credit Fund Managers offers three funds – the CCFM Income and Growth Fund, the CCFM Optimum Capital Fund, and the CCFM Giltedge Fund.

The CCFM Income & Growth Fund is invested primarily in the stock market with a component in fixed income instruments, and allows the investor to benefit from participating in the stock market through the Fund Managers' expertise and market intelligence.

The CCFM Optimum Capital Fund is invested primarily in the stock market and commercial real estate, with a fixed income component. This fund aims to maximize capital gains through its mix of securities.

The CCFM Giltedge Fund is invested only in fixed income instruments - ie: Government of Jamaica local registered stocks, Treasury Bills, Debentures and Sale and Repurchase Agreements. This fund allows the investor a rate of return equivalent to, or above average returns in the fixed income market.
